Our lives today are saturated by images on television, the internet, and now even our phones and music players. These fragments make up the visual landscape we interact with every day. In the Policy Makers series, I use photographs of politicians, powerful businessmen, and other leaders clipped from the newspaper and re-assembled. Each drawing presents the faces from one days news. The faces overlap and merge together. The result is not only a tangled web of argument, but also a rhythm of the newspaper; a composite of the men and women who determine the policies by which we live.
